Consultancy services to conduct a study and present a report on the mag initude of value addition on livestock (cattle, sheep, goats and pigs) and livestock products in namibia, on recommednations to expand value addition in the country and on guidelines for inclusion in a meat industry value addition policy.

Commissioned by the National Youth Council of Namibia,

April 2011 - compile research paper on youth unemployment in Namibia. final paper titled: youth unemployment: the namibian context in perspective September 2011 – March 2012 Developing a Monitoring and Evaluation Framework that would track government wide youth development interventions. October 2011 - Capacity building workshop to NYC staff on policy formu lation, process and monitoring and evaluation.

Commissioned by the Province of the Eastern Cape Government, Office of the Premier

Nov 2008 to March 2009 conduct a study and present a report on an economic overview of the eastern cape province for the period 2004 – 2008: how has the province performed on major economic indicators for the period 2004 – 2008 and what are the scenarios that can be expected for the next term, 2009 – 2014.
