Yoliswa Khumalo

Ms Yoliswa Khumalo has been an associate researcher with Monasa Development Consultants since its establishment in 2007. She has gained invaluable experience in all projects she has embarked, some of which she has lead successfully.

Immanuel Shipanga: MSc (Statistics)

MONASA is fortunate to have the full time services of Mr Shipanga our country representative in Namibia. Mr Shipanga has held various positions within the research and education fraternity. Mr Shipanga holds a Masters of Science Degree in Statistics, a B. ED (Hons), Dipl. Ed and an Advanced Certificate in Education from Rhodes University.

Prof. Ismail Adams

Before joining Monasa Development Consultants Prof. Ismail Adams served as the Director of the Finance Development Training and Research Unit (FADTRU) between (1999-2008) at the University of the Western Cape (UWC), Bellville, South Africa.

MONASA Software Engineer

David Wafula

Mr. Wafula is a very experienced software engineer, having worked on several major computing systems. After graduating with Bsc. in Computer Science in 2003, he worked with a team of other programmers at Ontime Solutions and successfully ported a large legacy Financial system into a modern service oriented business application. Later on he joined the acclaimed Free Software Innovation Unit, at UWC, in Cape Town, where he leads a team of programmers in developing a real time communication framework in Chisimba. Mr Wafula also has strong interests in mobile based collaboration applications, and is currently involved with major industry players. He is currently pursuing a Masters in Computer Sceince at UWC.

Research Assistant

Kabedi Mathobeng

Mr Mathobeng holds a Bachelors of Commerce (Economics) Degree. He has held a research assistant position during his internship training with Monasa Development Consultants and is currently MONASA’s trainee researcher.
