Mr. Kasuto is the Managing Partner at Monasa Advisory and Associates. He is a development finance expert who has led the Monasa team as the principal consultant in amongst others successfully undertaking bankable feasibility studies that have raised over N$1,1 billion in the Namibian market to date. He holds more than 10 years’ experience in transactional advisory & socio-economic impact assessment. He is Chairperson of the Economic Association of Namibia. In 2019 he was appointed by the President as a member of the High-Level Panel on the Namibian Economy.

Mr. Schade is a leading economist in Namibia who has extensive experience in macro-economic and fiscal policy analysis, as well as trade and regional integration issues. He worked for the Namibian Economic Policy Research Unit (NEPRU) for almost 13 years in various senior positions, most notably as Acting Director from May 2006 until April 2009.
Mr. Schade has conducted socio-economic research and policy analysis in Namibia and the Southern African region for almost 20 years. He has done work for among others for GIZ, African Development Bank, World Bank, FuturesGroup, various ministries, political foundations and consultancy companies in Namibia, Southern Africa and Europe. He contributed to the Energy Policy, the Green Scheme and Dry-land Crop Production Policies, the Rural Development Policy and the current Fourth National Development Plan.
